I haven't blogged in a while.

I have a good reasons. I have been digging out from under paperwork. Here's my head; it will disappear shortly.

---

I'm planning a wedding. Aieee! Looks like we might get to have it in a cathedral, though. Hooray!

To repeat: Aieee!

---

I want to blog soon about sports. I haven't been talking or writing enough about sports lately, and I have some sporting "issues" I need to work through. Be afraid. Be very afraid.

Um, about the wedding thing, dear, or the sports bloggery?

After you panic, at least, please tidy up the room. Panic produces all sorts of bizarre clutter. Loveya -- Urset

You said to be very afraid; I was merely obeying you my dear. I think you were referring to the sports thing though.

Uh, aren't you supposed to be teaching?

Teaching is overrated. Seriously though, I told one student to put away his cell phone, another student to get to work, and a third student to get back in his own group all in the time I was typing that last e-mail. Hmmmm...I wonder if that qualifies as multitasking, which we had previously theorized I was incapable of...

a man I know reported something to me in a conversation that was, well almost devastating, like finding out there's no Santa Claus, or that there are more books in the Bible than you thought:
E - "We can't be in chaos, D isn't here"

B - "Oh no, there's where you are wrong. D has found a new thing, something that has made him calm, he is no longer in chaos."

E - (nervous grin) "I guess you're right"

a new era has started.
